Friend's List?

Quick question...unless I am a complete moo-moo, but where is the 'Remove Friends' button?I really only want to add people I know or talk to. The rest I don't so I don't think they deserve to be on my friend's list.Might be fun at first having a complete stranger there, but now I am just going 'Argh!'
