[Suggestion] Coven War Tier's

Coven War Tier's System -The whole point in Coven wars to win the wars?.. Right...
So why not have a tier system, that at least makes wars a bit more fair.
Categorized by the coven level or the amont of the covens members. (Personally I think both)
If we don't have some sort of system then the bigger covens stay on top, never allowing lower level covens a chance at winning.
When we have some of the top covens (highest level and most members) constantly declaring war on lower level covens with less than a handful of members.
Even, I myself am guilty of declaring war on a much weaker coven, and feeling kinda shitty for it too. I don't think the resources are enough. What are they there for, really? So we can see how slim the chances are and how unfair the playing field is?..
They have plenty of other covens that could give them a much better fight and the win should mean that much more to them.I think if we don't have some form of war system then the "underdog" will never have a chance at the top. Everyone deserves a chance, depending on how much they put into the game, of course.
But the way things are now, there doesn't seem to be any chance for them at all. Which making it much easier and wiser choice to spend your time and money somewhere else, where your efforts can get you ahead.I'm not sure if this has ever been brought up, I did look through the suggestions and didn't see this exact suggestion...

In theory weaker covens are required or have a responsibility to do one of two things...
1. Get stronger and gain renown within the game so more wish to join and thus break out of their "weak" standing.
2. Dissolve themselves and disband the coven, possibly merging with another (hopefully stronger) coven.So long as more covens are being made and the user base is being divided among them Covens will get weaker and weaker relatively when they start up producing more and more "underdogs" as you say.In my opinion the "weaker" covens that are being constantly attacked, if they aren't actively doing something to try to overcome that standing then there is no room to complain, this is a competitive game and so long as user vary in strength, so will the Covens.

So basically, let our wallets show how much we really wanna win?... No thanks.
In order to keep existing members and continue to bring in new members.. there needs to be some ways to advance in this game other than typing in your credit card info.
...Or Join another coven and blend in among the rest. Hell no. It's been proven time and time again that using your turns to train is a waste. Might as well have a wishing well where we throw turns in for luck, money... etc.
So, to get anywhere in this game we need to use our money. This game is called Coven Wars so it's all about Wars you won/lost, your level and number of members all matters. Who wants to be bombarded every 2 days with covens that could slaughter your coven in a matter of hours.. Even if the whole coven pumped money into it And got to the top, after being trampled on.. they'd end up with a shit war record, no matter what. Who wants to go through all that??
This game is about wars so i think changes need to be made to improve the wars here.
Just sayin......

I think a more even level battling system would benefit the whole system.
This will give the lower leveled coven something to shoot for.Now if higher level coven had something to shoot for, that would be even better..
