As the moon thins, a wraith drifts in over the Wilds, fading even as it comes. Kill it before it goes, or it takes its trophy with it.
Its mechanic: Race the dark
It fades by itself every hour, down to a wisp. If the moon passes before the city kills it, nobody gets its trophy. Blows land harder in Blood Rain and Crimson Mist.
Rare looks it drops
Everyone who strikes it has a chance at one piece whose look they haven't collected yet. Soulbound, and kept in the Wardrobe for good.
