Every Crimson Yule he comes down from the passes with chains on his wrists and an empty sack on his back, looking for the naughty. Death Valley has a great many.
Its mechanic: Naughty or nice
He reads the Naughty and Nice Ledger. If you are naughty (a bounty on your head, or Arena wins and bounties outweighing your kindnesses) you hit him twice as hard, but every blow risks being stuffed in his sack: no more swings for you tonight. The nice hit normally, and now and then shake a present loose from his sack (crafting materials); a ledger full of kindness shakes them loose more often.
Rare looks it drops
Everyone who strikes it has a chance at one piece whose look they haven't collected yet. Soulbound, and kept in the Wardrobe for good.
